MEDEX Insurance Services, Inc. does not seek to secure or collect personal information about individuals. Personal information that is provided to MEDEX voluntarily by individuals is maintained by MEDEX in strict confidence, and personally identifiable information about MEDEX customers or clients will not be sold or otherwise provided or transferred to third parties outside of MEDEX.

Notwithstanding the above stated restrictions, MEDEX may perform statistical analyses of the interests and characteristics of visitors to the MEDEX site; provided, however, that no personally identifiable information will be used or shared with third parties who may be given general, aggregated data from such analyses.
